Travel Authorization
Details:
New Zealand travel authorization (NZeTA) allows you to visit New Zealand for up to 90 days as a tourist or for a business travel.
You can even visit multiple times during 2 years using the same authorization, without the need to request another one.
Requirements:
To successfully obtain your travel document you need the following:
- Valid Passport (valid at least 6 more months since the entry date)
- Passport copy or photo
- Personal, document-style, photo
How to get
- Since October 1, 2019 you can obtain it easily on-line, either through government, or visa agency. In both cases there is no need for travelling to New Zealand embassy or consulate. Processing usually takes up to 3 business days.
Who is eligible
- Citizens of around 60 countries can apply for an NZeTA, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and many European and Asian countries.
*please note when applying with a visa agency you will be charged additional processing fee on top of the standard visa costs. Anyone can get their travel document when applying directly with the government only for the mandatory government fees.
